Loved the stunning pools and the kids' club kept our children entertained. Service at restaurants could be better, often slow and missed orders.

It was just a balanced option for a two-day stay in Tulum with all in all brilliant value for money. The food was excellent and the staff eager to help, but some days the room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon. Keep in mind that the location is a bit remote, so plan your outings accordingly.

Conrad offers a beautiful and serene environment, with spacious and elegantly designed rooms featuring great closet space and luxurious linens. The breakfast buffet is particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of local and healthy options. The attentive staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring a relaxing work getaway.

The remote location may limit off-property activities.

A Mixed Bag Experience

We enjoyed spacious rooms and beautiful pools, particularly the serene end pool. However, our dining experience was hit or miss—enjoyed the casual restaurant fare but had a disappointing visit at Ukai. Pro tip, be ready for high taxi rates into town.

The resort's family-friendly vibe mixed with the relaxing atmosphere made it a blast. Plus, the breakfast spread was a feast for the senses—guac station anyone?

Some dining spots outside the resort were a bit hit or miss and felt sketchy at times. While the beach crew was super friendly, their lack of preparation was noticeable.

The King Room with Partial Ocean View had great air conditioning, a comfortable balcony, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The breakfast buffet was amazing with local dishes and a fabulous guacamole station. The spa was serene, offering couples massages and beauty treatments. The gym had all the equipment you need, too.

I loved the serene spa and the stunning pools. The gym was really well equipped, and my King Room with Ocean View was spacious and beautifully designed.

We had an amazing time enjoying the big breakfasts at The Arborlea and lounging by the stunning infinity pool. The spa treatment was divine, and the beachfront access made our days truly relaxing. The only hiccup was a long wait for dinner one night, but everything else was perfect! 😊

Spectacular hotel, welcoming staff, the quality of food was impressive, especially the fresh breakfast options that fueled my exploration around the area, which is conveniently located only 57 km from the nearest airport.

The accommodations were beautiful and cozy. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the local dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Plenty of areas to relax within the resort. A very refreshing experience! 🌴
